「Omg 10/10. I had a blast staying here. The hot tub came in handy after going hiking. I went during the wet season so the volcano was covered by clouds but I’m sure during the dry seasoning the view is beautiful. Everything was well-kept. The villa itself was nice and elevated inside. Would stay here again. The villa is very nice but it’s also fairly new so there’s a dirt road that leads to it, so when you uber or are using a shuttle make sure to advise them to come to the end of the dirt road....

「I booked because it looked beautiful in the photos, but when we arrived, we were greeted by a disheveled man in a torn shirt who looked like a homeless person; he turned out to be the receptionist. He gave us the key, and it turned out the bathroom was shared with other rooms—something not mentioned when I booked. We decided to leave and look for a place in better condition. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all. I lost my money. Very bad place. I wish can I have my money back.」

「What a unique stay! Bungalows are in the woods surrounded by nature. We felt secluded and enjoyed the wildlife all around us. The hiking trails were wonderful, and the staff friendly and helpful. The bungalows are clean and modern and come with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Also conveniently close to restaurants and shops. Loved it!」

「The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take...
