「Staff was okay. Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none...

「Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses.」
