"So the room was clean but for being newly renovated or renovated recently, the carpet along the wall was torn and coming off. that's not a Biggy, but for some one who really wants to judge the hotel they will pick at things like that. I think those type of things should be reported and planned to be taken care of, Including stained walls scuffed walls, broken drawers, etc. Maybe not daily but monthly or even quarterly. You pay so much to reno but the outcome seems rushed or the details are just missing from the people you have doing them. My only complaint was I had no hot or warm water in my room when I asked about that issue, the attendant said he hasn't heard anyone else have that issue and when I asked to switch rooms he said he could not. I left Saturday morning at 4am.I didn't stay the Saturday or Sunday. It was a quick turn around trip and the price was not horrible. As they say you get what you pay for. I would have been more upset if I paid 120-150 dollars a night and some of these things were not addressed. Sorry one more tid-bit, try and mange better where you place people. I'm not sure if the people above me had kids or they were just heavy footed but that was another reason since I was already up because of that noise, I went ahead and left."
