「The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay....

「Staff were very good but the manager was excellent. Very attentive and always involved in everything」

Hoylake is quirky with some good bars and restaurants Only slight quibble - If you arrive 20 minutes before the time of...

Two large towels had been provided (not bath sized) that carried the odour of being dried inside and my partner...

We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. Instead of a refund for the card payment we was told that they do not accept payments from here and we must pay,...
