That was exceptional inn We have been traveling around the Uk but that was the best inn we have been to The food is great, breakfast is very rich and the hospitality is fantastic There are several walks around the inn and there are easy to walk

Can’t wait to go again.

Located with an amazing view across the Cheshire Plain, this coaching-house type inn/hotel is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are big, well-appointed and spotless and dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Really lovely pub with clean and well equipped rooms. Had evening meal and breakfast, both very good. Nice friendly staff too. Will return for a walking break with my wife and our dogs.

Stayed here to get to The Open at Hoylake. A beautiful charming country hotel in stunning surrounding area. Lovely views, quiet away from it all but easy and not far to get to Chester. Had breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. Super happy to have found this little gem will definitely revisit.
