The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely restaurant and bar food. Bedrooms were well equipped with all commodities and refreshments. Would 100% stay again and a very reasonable price which included a lovely cooked full English breakfast/cereals and alternatives. Lovely location and car parking too. Started over as we were attending a funeral the day after and had a nice evening meal with my brother and his wife. They accommodated them no problem even though we had only booked for two. The pub/restaurant was very busy which we could understand when we ate the lovely fayre.
