"Very disappointing. No WiFi the entire stay. They offer water through a dispenser but no cups. Not worth the money"

"I recently had a three-day convention at the Javits Center and chose Arlo, sight unseen and with no other recommendations from anyone I know. The location was terrific! Very short walk to Javits and Times Square/Broadway. While the room was NYC small, it was modern and clean. I was pleasantly surprised that I heard no noise given the proximity to the elevators and other rooms in what seemed to be a full hotel. Additionally, I was super happy to have the excellent coffee shop attached. The coffee and the service was great there, also. I will be back!"

"Very small rooms with no ceilings or elevator, but a great deal in Manhattan overall. Clean and modern inside."

"The hotel could still use some more upgrades but it’s very nice. The staff is the best part of the hotel. The room was very cold and I could not figure out the heat which is not their fault. Water was nice and hot. They will get there if they continue to put in the work to renovate it."
