「Very hot in the hotel. No aircon. Staff are all poker faced… feel like going back to soviet era 」

「Very nearer to go to the downtown!」

「I was very impressed with all of the staff that I interacted with as well as the facility in general. I especially very much appreciated the extra effort and excellent attitude that I experienced from the front desk staff. The room was very spacious and well designed for use as a remote office space as well as a place for rest. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the sit down restaurant. I would definitely book a room here again the next time I'm in Almaty, which is probably the best...

「Centrally located, Renion City Hotel is close to the Green Bazaar, the Panfilov Park & Zenkov Cathedral. It's an ideal base for travellers to explore Almaty. Since the city is so walkable with its lush pedestrian sidewalk, I had tried to walk from the Hotel to the Arbat Walking Street and even the MEGA Park shopping mall. Just a leisurely 30-min walk. Easy! In addition, my room was modern and clean and the buffet breakfast was also nice and varied. Really enjoyed my stay there.」

「Conveniently located to multiple things in the city」

「It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place 」

「Kind staff」

「In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more...
