Satisfactory stay

Very clean. When I first arrived the AC did not work in my room but the problem was immediately addressed and there was no issue with customer service, the receptionist was very attentive. WiFi was not good.

It's pretty hotel in city center of Almaty. It's located near underground station "Almaty". A lot of bars and restaurants are near hotel. For extra money (5000tg) you can order very good breakfast.

Everything is wrecked. Stinks from the very entrance. The guests were not coordinated and loud. Very disturbing from the start. Had to find myself another hotel at a higher cost at last minute rate. Can not rely on this booking as the condition is really poor

Bra läge men slitet och trött personal.

Läget är helt okay men hotellet är väldigt slitet med obefintligt underhåll, handdukar trasiga, sängen oskön, badrummet luktade illa och personalen var väldigt trött och oengagerad. Skulle inte välja att bo här igen!

Das Hauptproblem war, dass das Internet sehr instabil war. Dies ist bei Geschäftreisen nicht optimal. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, wenn man im Zentrum von Almaty zu tun hat. Das Frühstück war abwechlungsreich und reichlich. Eine Grundsanierung sollte in der nächsten Zeit realisiert werden. Angenehm war auch der für Almaty moderate Preis pro Nacht, was sich bei 4 Wochen auszahlt.

Super hôtel à Almaty.

Second séjour à Almaty et second séjour dans cet hôtel qui est idéalement situé à maximum trente de minutes des principaux centres d'intéret de la ville et à 500 mètres d'une station de métro. Compter maximum 4000 Tengues pour le taxi de l'aéroport (de 15 à 35 minutes selon la circulation). Personnel aimable et serviable, petit déjeuner correct et restaurant/bar de l'hôtel très agréable en soirée.

Un bon hôtel à Almaty

A 30 minutes de taxi de l'aéroport (comptez 3000 Tengues pour le trajet), hôtel un peu excentré mais à proximité d'une station de métro bien pratique. Le personnel parle très bien anglais et est très serviable. Chambres confortables, wifi correcte et petit déjeuner buffet agréable. Je compte retourner à Almaty et je retournerai là bas sans aucun doute. N'hésitez pas à manger dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, bon et pas cher.

Pleasantly Pleased

Very friendly and helpful Staff. Our Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The prices was quite reasonable. It was in a Great Location. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of hot and cold dishes. We loved to walk and so opted to do that from our Hotel most of the time, however if you use the Taxi - it is so very affordable. Love Almaty for the tourism; shopping and friendly Kazak people. I would stay at the Mildom again and would recommend it to others.

The Hotel wasn't bad but it needs some upgrade to be great: the bed was worn out, the breakfast was so so first day, second day it was much better (female staff). Positive: we were able to stay a couple hours extra in our room before leaving to the airport. Staff speaks English

I was double charged

I was double charged and the hotel refused to pay back the extra charge. After my trip, hotels.com had to step in and solve the issue. This hotel is overpriced. The room was small, the shower cold. The interior looked more like a hostel than a hotel.

At the check out, hotel wanted to charge me a bottle of water in mini bar which I never consumed, and they didn't provide any bottle of complimentary water during my 6 days stay, very tiny room, not recommend

Great Hotel in centre of Almaty

I stayed 3 nights at Mildom and was very pleased. The staff were brilliant and very eager to help. This was my first time in Almaty and the reception team did a fantastic job answering my questions, arranging transport, and recommending restaurants and places to see. The hotel is in a great location with most attractions within walking distance. If I were to visit Almaty again I would definitely consider staying here again.

걸어다니기 좋은호텔

위치가 시내 걸어다니기 좋고 직원들이 대체적으로 친절했음 메트리스가 오래돼 불편했음.글고 호텔택시 픽업시 정말 심한 난폭 운전자때문에 사고날뻔 하여 여러번 놀랐음 안전한 운전자로 꼭 요청하길. 새벽에 도착해서 체크인까지 힘들었음. 동남아 호텔은 방이 있음 바로 체크인을 해주지만 여긴 방값의 반을 내야함. 길건너 가까운곳에 싸고 엄청난 양의 맛있는 스테이크 식당이 있는것도 강점이다. 하지만 공항에서의 입국시 공무원의 어깨힘주기 덕분에 1시간만에 입국장을 빠져나온뒤로는 다시는 가고싶지 않은 나라가 됐다.
