「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「The room was large and comfortable, but dark. More and brighter lighting would help. Anna at check-in is great! She is friendly, helpful and efficient and is a definite asset to the hotel. The biggest problem with my stay was the FREEZING temperature of the lobby, restaurant and entire main floor. Everything else was great. 」
