"Someone broke into my room and the staff was nonchalant about it. I received a call about my dogs barking. I came back to the hotel to find them enraged and one of the released from their cage. The male staff also was more concerned about my deposit and said I could leave instead of having empathy and giving me another room. When I asked for another room still, nonchalantly, he said “okay”, gave me another room. The entire stay that same male employee was glued to his computer with a hand on each side. He never left that position. His concern was with whatever was on that screen for hours. I will never stay at this chain of hotels again. "
