「I left a shawl in the room… because it was not in my luggage. When I called the hotel they said they didn’t find anything. Which I find hard to believe. But your front desk and morning lady that prepared breakfast was very friendly!」

「Room smelled so moldy, shower was dirty and lamp shade was stained with who knows what. Breakfast wasn’t ready until 7:15 most guest just left instead of waiting.」

「The staff was nice, but we had to call everyday to get clean towels, coffee, cups, etc. Upon l check in it was stated they clean every other day and if we need anything to call. That did not happen. Finally got someone to come clean on Saturday (4 days after check in) after several calls. After she left the bathroom stunk so bad of mildew. Not a pleasant smell you want especially trying to get ready for a wedding.」
