"Stayed in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg many times and try a new hotel each time. No need to do that any longer as we will be repeat visitors at Country Cascades! Unfortunately we began having car troubles during our trip, so it was difficult to commute to all the activities we hand planned. Made me so grateful we chose this hotel there was plenty to do without even leaving! Gem mining, build a buddy, indoor and outdoor waterparks,, bowling, rock clinbing, VR, arcade and more. Conveniently placed pizza shop, snack shack, coffee shop and more. The hotel having so much to offer at reasonable prices really saved our trip. The one and only issue was raw sausage was given to us at breakfast, but when bringing it to our servers attention she was incredibly kind and replaced our food with no issues. Another plus is being within walking distance to the island and many other Pigeon Forge gems. Will definitely be returning in the very near future."

"Great spot! We (me,wife,daugter17) ended up here last minute because out VRBO in the mountains was a flop. Notable positives: WAY cheaper than the VRBO we cancelled, washer/dryer/dishwasher in the condo, separate bedroom from the living with pullout couch, very comfy pullout couch, clean, great AC, huge dual head shower, right in the middle of town, on-site lazy river was great (and clean!). Notable (very minor) negatives: washer/dryer were loud but they were in the bathroom and we shut the door, daughter had to come through the bedroom to the bathroom (en suite), we were on then end of building 4 next to the lazy river so it got a little loud with the kids playing but not enough to keep us awake (and it closes at 11pm). 10/10 would stay here again just ask for a room not next to the river. "

"They always say hospitality in the south is the best - and this hotel truly reflects that. The manager, Will, was so kind and helpful the morning we arrived after missing a connection flight. My family was broken and tired and Will gave us comfort in knowing he was taking care of us! Thank you much! "
