「There wasn't a clear pathway to get to the house. It was all covered with several inches of snow on a steep treacherous incline. In addition there were dozens of dead bugs on the windows sills. I had to clean the dead bugs on the living room and kitchen. Maintenance came Saturday morning to clean the bedrooms. The WI-FI didn't work, even after they reset the router. They offered to send a second tech on Sunday when we were leaving.」
