「Highly recommend this hotel. We were 3 adults staying in one of the lofts (one bedroom and a pullout couch). The room was spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms. The AC worked perfectly. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They had a variety of activities and tours offered which was also nice. The breakfast was included in the rate and had great variety. The location is perfect right in the hustle and bustle yet the room was still quiet. There was even a washer and dryer in the suite that...

「The staff here is amazing. They really want you to take care of you. You are so confortable that you feel like you are at your own home. Fernando and his crew in the kitchen are so nice and they prepare the most amazing Colombian breakfast and capuccino. I felt pampered and had a great time. 「Casa Carolina was a wonderful experience. Set in an old house with a courtyard, the hotel offered two pools, a coffee shop, a bar and restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful from the front desk to the wait staff- all were friendly and willing to help with anything from a dinner suggestion to directions and transportation. We had breakfast included (can’t say this is included for all reservations) and it was delicious. The location in the old city was 2 blocks from the Clock Tower Gate....

「Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was nicely decorated with a large washroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast was excellent, both healthy and less healthy options available, both delicious. The only issue was that it’s in such a good location that it can get noisy late at night/early morning. The hotel provides ear buds with the room amenities to deal with all the honking! 」
