O quarto é grande, e fica dentro de um casarão histórico na cidade amuralhada, muito bem localizado. O chuveiro não tinha água muito quente, mas a cidade é bem quente. O ar condicionado funcionou bem todo o tempo. O café da manhã era simples. Os funcionários nos ajudaram sempre que demandado.

Small boutique hotel with modest but comfortable, clean room which was a good size and had an excellent shower. Small pool is a nice bonus. Good breakfast and complimentary coffee in the library. Staff very welcoming and helpful, while location in the old town is perfect and not too noisy. Would happily recommend and stay there again.

Great room in the old city

Great location in the heart of the old city. Katrina, at the reception desk, is very helpful, as are all of the staff. We will definitely come back! Also, we’d like to stay at the other hotels run by the same hotel group.

Beautiful property in the heart of the historical city. Wonderful service and good breakfast, loved the options. The plunge pool was an added treat for the morning. The only thing I’d say is request a quiet room if you are a light sleeper like me! Other than that, a perfect overnight stay, thank you so much!

This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel experience in Cartagena, this is it! The staff is so helpful, professional, and welcoming - we had a wonderful experience with Maria! They will also help you arrange transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast is delicious, the pool is quaint and relaxing, and everything was clean and it’s in a perfect location. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!
