「On the buffet side was the same meal every day, specifically for breakfast. Súper per- Friendly and the outdoor place is super big. Staff, was nice at the pool bar, but the from desk was not welcoming the guests. Room was clean at the time of arrival.」

「The hotel was understaffed in the evening, and the waitstaff at the restaurant was friendly but incredibly unknowledgeable about the menu and its offerings. Nice rooms, but a large clump of hair in the shower upon arrival. Pools were lovely and well-kept 」

「We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.」

「This is our second time here; last time was quite awhile ago prior to Marriott takeover. Beautiful view is second to none! Staff were all very attentive and took care of the issues we had immediately. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and fairly reasonably priced. We were disappointed in there being no pool service and lack of options for lunch/drinks at the pool.
