"I rated them as Okay, but I don’t really know if they were Terrible or Excellent, because I never stayed there. I booked two nights for my wife’s appointments at Mayo, but Mayo pulled in the dates and neither Hotels.com or Super 8 would allow me to move my dates without zero refund for the two dates I paid for. I will never use either again. There are plenty of other places to stay that have a more reasonable business plan. They may be fine, but I got burned and won’t be back."

"This was an excellent place to stay, as good a hotel as the big fancy ones! The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast bar was nice as well(add different fruits!) and everyone was very friendly. My room was very lovely, just perfect! Very quiet. The shuttle service was great. Thank you! Will stay again! "No comments on any of the listed areas. We were there to attend doctor appts at Mayo Clinic. We did order room service one evening when I was unable to go out in public due to an in room test being conducted by my doctor at Mayo Clinic. We also ate breskfast in the Lord Essix restaurant. Both the room service and the breakfast were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive."
