"The first room had an odor "

"Our FIRST rooms sofa bed was wet from someone peeing it. Staff put the fresh bedding on top of it. Then folded up the sofa. Then we tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn't working so we had to go down to the desk to talk to them about it. They did move us to another room. The hotel is in winter mode so our room was 77° and no ac. We called the front desk and they brought us a fan which helped. We also opened the door a bit. Which is a little concerning becuz there's no screen on the patio doors just a waist high railing 😬 The staff was very very nice and we ate at the on site restaurant which was so good! For the amount of money you spend to stay here, it's needs updates."

"Enjoyed this very much. So glad there was a breakfast available since we were going to there for two days. Our venue we were attending was across the street and was easily accessible. The staff was exceptional and friendly. We even stopped to chat with them on our way through to breakfast or in the evening."

"Breakfast okay. Limited options. Eggs and biscuits and waffles. Hotel room was clean but oddly had a smell- like a sour smell. Opened a window to clear out the smell. "

"It was a good stay. If you need a place to sleep and not spend your whole time inside it’s a good stay. Food is only ok and limited option. I would say go early for breakfast if you need a table to sit. Staff very little interaction as you don’t see them much ao it’s hard to rate them. Cleaners are so welcoming and nice. Air conditioner was good. Oh and good luck on parking. When we went if wall full and idk why. Clean room yes! Pool was a 3 star as it smell like way too much chlorine and the jacuzzi was super slimy. Also not hot at all and jets barely worked. But again I was not there for that but tried it out."

"I didn’t do hot tub. I enjoyed the fact that they had special diets and gluten free options. I loved the yougart and toppings! The coffee was perfect hot and fresh"

"I reserved 2 rooms and called ahead after. Asking if they could be arranged to be adjacent/next to each other. They said they would be. Upon check in I asked again and they said yes they are next to each other. But only 1 room was ready to check in. I checked in the first room. When I checked into the second room they had no idea what I was talking about and put my second room on a different floor. When I asked if I could recieve a coupon, discount or some reconciliation the front desk person said no, and was very aloof and not friendly. I asked for a manager, but they said a manager was not available. I gave them my phone number but never received a call back. Additionally the rooms need an update, the fixtures in both of our rooms were broken/jank Water park part was fun but I’ll be avoiding tundra lodge in the future, based on the fact they lied to us."
