「The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. What I didn't like was breakfast. It was supposed to be served till 10;00am, but when I went down to the lobby at 9:09am there was very little food to be had. I did ask if they could replenish the hot foods and although they put a bit more out, it was not enough for all the travelers waiting to eat. McDonalds would have been the better option. 「We recently stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls. Our room felt neglected. The blackout curtains were broken...

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」
