"Good: Location was great and so close to the beach. We took advantage of the chairs and went to beach few days. Opportunities: with no guest being at the property ahead of us, I would have expected some of the items to be fixed. Fee cabinets in the kitchen had broken drawer handles, master suite bed was very noisy, internet connection was terrible and TV’s pretty much could not be watched in the evenings. "This house is right across the street from the beach (15 steps) and is on a quiet part of town. The only issue we had was that it was originally advertised as a 1 BR for $120 a night, when we received our email confirmation, it was 2 BR's for $250 a night. The location is great, the house is a perfect little beach cottage! The representation for what is advertised is disappointing because its more of a beach cottage NOT a room. "
