「Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. 」

But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ). I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.」

「L’hébergement était bien conçu. C’etait un petit appartement très bien pour les familles. Personnels très sympathique ,dommage qu’il y est peu de personnes qui parlent français. Piscine bien . Cuisine comme tous les buffets c’est assez répétitif. Très content de notre séjour」
