"Hotel very much needs an upgrade of shared areas, where despite the signs, there is a strong smell of tobacco and weed. Room was clean and seviceable if rather dark decor, bedspreads need an upgrade. The owners are obviously hard working and keen that rooms should be up to standard.l, which they are, judging by mine (bedspread apart). Car necessary but there's a Denny's actoss the busy road, a useful plus. O'hare just minutes away. It's a serviceable motel. No breakfast"

"Terrible. Dirty room and hotel There were blood looking stains on bed skirts and the mattress cover had staining. There was a soap bar that was opened. Somebody already used it, and I accidentally washed my hands with it. The door did not lock all the way, and someone next to us were being intimate and you could hear it through the wall. The rating was listed as 7 and Good by this sure and it definitely was not! The shuttle service was a minivan and if you didn’t get signed up on the list early enough, you were on your own to make your way to the airport. We ended up sleeping in our clothing on top of the sheet because we didn’t have enough time to find another hotel room This site only gave me back $50 credit would not give me the full refund"

"The room was nice enough. It's just that it was only scheduled to be cleaned once (the last morning of our 4 night stay). And the worst part was having breakfast cancelled the last half of our stay since it was only on the weekends."

"When I checked in, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach or clorox. The window was screwed shut so I had to sit in the room for an hour with the door open to air it out. After an hour I had to go out to get rid of a headache from the smell. I returned after midnight and the room still smelled. Tried to sleep through it but it was unbearable. The bed only had a thin top sheet, no ac/heater that I could see and the walls were so thin, I could hear everything above and next door. No towel rails anywhere so you had to hang towels from coat hangers. At three am I was still awake so I gave up and drove the 5 hours home."

"Booked a non smoking room, room obviously smelled of smoke. In the 2-3 hours we were there, people were yelling, fighting, and you can hear EVERYTHING, including every car that drives by on the road. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Hotel refused to work with us on a refund when the room they provided was not matching what we booked."
