My only tiny gripe (and it IS tiny) is that there are no microwaves. Not in the room or in the lobby, or, if there are, they are well hidden away."

We were traveling with a wheelchair family member. staff was very attentive and helpful in helping us get around. We had a normal room, not wheelchair accessible"
