"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty.

"The hospitality was unmatched here. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave us a complete rundown on what was available amd when. She even discussed local attractions. The breakfast was as good as expected. The room was clean and very comfortable. When back in the area, we will stay here again."

"The location of this hotel is great, with a great selection of restaurants and stores in the surrounding area. It's a quick 10 minute drive into downtown, so it's a good choice if you have activities planned, like baseball or football games, or festivals. This hotel has become our go-to choice when visiting Cincinnati. It's clean, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and it is easy to park. We have tried other hotels, but always prefer this one over any others in the area."
