「Shower not clean; candy wrapper and a chunk of soap stuck in drain. Green finger paint in tub. Wall plates cracked; large smoke stain coming out of electrical socket. Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never. 」

「Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. 「Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was close to everything. Safe area. Restaurant had good food and chef stayed later to make my meal. 5 stars for sure!」

「Check in, bar, and valet were superb We ate at Subito for dinner and everything was excellent. Breakfast, on the other hand, was understaffed. We left after being seated for 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. Room service coffee was terrible but the Starbucks at the bar was great. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back」
