Convenient location, clean and comfortable

Convenient location, at I71, with restaurants and shopping 10 minute away from the hotel. Clean, large and comfortable room. Quiet neighborhood area. No coffee in room, only in hotel lobby. No mini fridge.

Retrofitted Motel 6 - good value

It was fine for overnight, 12 hour stay. Nothing fancy, but I'd didn't pay or expect anything fancy. Property was, fairly recently I guess, a Motel 6. Fortunately the Cable TV and Wi-Fi ha been upgraded. Front desk employee was helpful and friendly.

The room was nice and clean! This is a no-frills hotel, so no shampoo nor conditioner, but other than that, it was clean and had lots of tv channels! The staff was very nice, and parking was very convenient!

Non-smoking room smelled so much of smoke, it was burning my throat. It actually smelled like someone was actively smoking in it even though I was the only person in the room. Lighting was bad, bathroom had cigarette burns on the fixtures. There is no lobby - just a window that you interact with the attendant through. I wasn't expecting a 5-star stay, but I was expecting a basic, clean room and a common area that was safe and inviting. I will give the one staff member I interacted with credit, because he understood my complaints and offered me a full refund. I was only on the property for about an hour while I found other accommodations. I would not recommend this property.

only problem was the phone . originally did not work called norward he corrected the problem. did not get wake up call lucky I woke up by myself. all else was very good.

Served its purpose, pretty quiet room!

Room was what I expected. Only complaint is check in was 3 PM and at 5:30 our room was still not ready. The room was much more quiet than I expected being near the interstate, that was nice considering our dogs were with us.

Basically this is a slightly remodeled motel 6. Our room smelled like smoke which was totally gross, but we were exhausted. Bed was comfortable enough. Room appeared clean. Front desk was friendly. Rating low because of smoke smell.

The pictures online are NOT AT ALL what the property looks like in person. The whole place smelled like cigarettes. I opened the door to the room, strong odor of cigarettes like someone was just in there smoking. Bedding had numerous burn holes in it. I didn’t even go inside, this is what I noticed when I opened the door. I turned around and asked for a refund. The only thing I could give a five stars to was the desk clerk. The person was friendly, nice, and understanding. My reservation was for a non smoking room….I don’t think they have such a thing.

The entire property smells of smoke (cigarette and other). Images indicate rooms have mini fridges, but there is not one (hope my food doesn’t spoil). The bed is a cheap platform, something I would expect from a property with an average review of 4-5, not 8. The toilet seat has burn marks. The shower works, but the water pressure is low. I’m thankful for the latch lock, because the whole place has the feel of a seedy motel, far from the traveler appropriate hotel experience I was expecting after a long day of driving. The only positives about the property are the location, the night clerk was kind, professional, and efficient, the linens (sheets, towels, etc) appeared clean, and it is pet friendly. I chose the property based on very convenient location and high reviews rating. I am very disappointed.

The room was gritty and unkept. The toilet had to be flushed three or four times before anything would go down-toilet tissue. But the front counter staff were wonderful and friendly. A little house cleaning and tile work- great location for food and highway!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was ok. Our room had a light that came on every 15 starting at 1145 at night. Iwe didn't complain but did tell the clerk to look into it. We had someone out outside of our room who was very loud at 200 in the morning ugh. Other than those two things it was ok for the night

We booked online. The online site said Days Inn. I have been to many Days Inns and they have been good. We got there and sign said Motel 6. We thought it was wrong place but our Gps was right. When we parked we saw a small sign that you could not see from road. This motel was no Days Inn. The place was rundown. Rooms dirty. Staff was ok. We were very late and tired when we arrived and seeing Motel 6 sign was very disturbing.

Horrific!!

Check in was easy and fast so no issue there but this was, I think, the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke or something and there were cigarette burns in the one blanket. The smell was so bad that our pajamas smelled like the room. It was 2 nights (2 very long nights) so we just sucked it up. Would not ever stay there again!! Bad, so so bad!!
