「The unit was fine. Please note that the elevator is mechanic, that was a bit of a shock. When arriving the front gate has a latch on the inside that you can reach in and unlock. The front door to the building does not have a secure lock on it so essentially stays open. The second door to enter the building does have a keypad but the door was frequently opened, as when we first arrived and no need for the code. The lobby is pleasant and well decorated. When we arrived in our unit it was freezing...

「They cancelled my stay abruptly 2 days prior to my arrival. I emailed them and never heard anything back. Called them and was placed on hold for an hour. I’m sure they double booked but it was really unfortunate to have to deal with the consequences of their mistake.」
