「Good location in Glendale and near the highway with access into the city, but the hotel is dated and the elevator was broken, an outside door wasn't working properly with card access, they had to fix my door jam while I was there. I had to ask for a better bathroom clean in the room too. Shower head leaked. Limited kitchenware in the suite. 「I got to the hotel about an hour after check in and was told that they had no more available rooms of my reservation type, though I had booked months ago. The staff member, I think her name was Kiana, was very kind and doing her best to help, but she was the only person working during a large rush of people trying to check in, and she was unable to change my reservation to a different room type without an override from her manager, who was not on premise and who Kiana was struggling to reach....

「We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay.」
