「Good location in Glendale and near the highway with access into the city, but the hotel is dated and the elevator was broken, an outside door wasn't working properly with card access, they had to fix my door jam while I was there. I had to ask for a better bathroom clean in the room too. Shower head leaked. Limited kitchenware in the suite. 「Room, amenities, and breakfast all good. Any minor issues addressed properly by staff.」

「Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast there or utilize the bar. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pool floor and stairs were slippery which means there is bacteria/algae present. The hot tub had quite a bit of debris floating around. This was a let down especially when you are traveling with kiddos who love to swim.」

「We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay.」
