The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole hotel felt well run and inviting. Fantastic value for money in a great location. 「Staff all friendly. Breakfast nice, would have liked a fried egg. Rooms spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Fan in room very dirty, needs a good thorough clean. Good that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Did not like that there were only tall chairs in the bar, as I am not a very tall person I struggle to get on them and found them uncomfortable. Good selection of good and drinks in the bar, reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again.」

「The hotel was very poorly staffed throughout our stay. 75%+ of tables had dirty glasses / empty bottles that needed clearing. All draught options were off at the bar and we were charged 20% service for opening 2 bottles of beer. The spa was ok but very tired. The changing rooms had a lot of broken plastic worksurfaces. The pool itself was ok but had clearly had a rushed refurbishment with a poorly fitting pool liner. It all felt quite claustrophobic. The jacuzzi was way over-chlorined...
