"The breakfast wasnt what I expected, but other things were good"

"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The staff does not speak English. It was a nightmare trying to just check in to one room. There was only one towel in the room and there were four of us. It took about 15 minutes to explain to them that we needed some more towels because of the language barrier. They stated they did not have any anymore. For breakfast the food was gone. There were a lot of people and there was only some instant eggs available. As soon as the employee brought out more food, it was gone within a couple of minutes because so many people were waiting. This place is unacceptable and I highly recommend nobody ever stay there. "

"Smoke can be smelled the second you enter, the valet parking process is ridiculous, (pay separately), fire alarm set off at about 1am. "

"this location only 15 minutes from the airport. Had a view of the bay. Nice room design with a balcony. The rug is getting a bit old and crippled in a few spots and a few stains but other than that, no complaints."

"We were there over St Pattys weekend and the bar definitely could’ve been open earlier!!! Everyone was waiting that day for a long time because we were all watching the festivities early! Also one of the inside bartenders was incredibly rude. On the other hand, another one was exceptional. I wish I could remember her name "

"Old hotel. Run down Needs ALOT of updating. Very few amenities if any at all. I must say it is very convenient to the cruise port and airport. "
