「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「We came to Chicago to celebrate my son’s birthday. The staff at this JW Marriott went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was able to arrange a special celebration cake to be sent to the room, plus they sent chocolate-covered strawberries (his favorite)! We booked a room with Executive Lounge access and it did not disappoint. My son was very satisfied with the breakfast - I wish I had stopped in to get myself a bagel.
