「The property was well maintained, in a old historic district, quaint. We felt very safe walking around. Bed was comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned well, bathroom, floors etc. were in good condition. The issue we had was a lack of hospitality and attention. The person at the desk taking care of guest service, check in etc needs more training in how to address people in the hospitality industry. Very impersonal and unfriendly. 「Our room was very clean and we appreciated early check in. The property is lovely and it felt special to feel like we lived there for a few days. They provide lots of towels and really everything you could need though there are no staff on site at all. One minor concern was “checking” our bags after we checked out by just stashing them in a common room. But no problems at all.」

「The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.」

「We loved staying here and highly recommended it. Only thing that people might not like is the solo musicians play till 11pm every night. We didn’t mind it since we are not early birds.」
