Excellent experience but some little issues: Rooms should be tidied up every day. Rooms should have small safes using code Pool area pretty but pool way too hot to use Kleenex a necessity. Keurig unusable. Prefer old fashiined Thank you.

The location is great if you’re looking to bar hop in Old Town however, location is the only real positive. Everything outside of the main house is run down. The pool deck and stairs are full of uneven boards, our room had an ant infestation, crumbs/dirt/food left on the table, the sheets were dirty, the shower was full of mold, the walls were stained and smeared with mystery substances, my gosh even the blow dryer was too disgusting to use…. The property managers were easy to contact but couldn’t really do anything to make our stay better (I think all the rooms are in the same condition). There is a communal washer and dryer, ice, filtered water, plenty of towels (seemed clean) , and they provide shampoo, soap, body wash, body lotion, and conditioner. You pay for a place to sleep and I truly could not because of how disgusted I was….. 0/10 recommend…. There are MUCH better options, for the same price!
So dusty, I should have taken a photo of the inside…. So gross.

The bar was very nice. Would love more food options. We didnt see any staff. The room was clean. We stayed by pool. So didn't have daily room cleaning: would be nice to have clean sheets through the week. Atmosphere very beautiful. Music relaxing and just loved it.

There are no staff on site, only 1 person at the bar. All communication is through text messages. There was the base thumping from music next door until 2-3 each night. We sent a text to see if we could move. We received no response. We sent a follow up text the next day -no response.We were simply ignored for the remainder of the week, when we received a text telling us the checkout time was 10 AM and that the staff would be there soon after that to clean our room. It looked as though there is no little if any work presently being done to maintain the properties appearance.

This place exceeded my expectations,accommodation was great, easy short walk to old town and all the sightseeing areas. The apartment is inside a very safe building with 3 security doors.Mini markets in each block to find groceries. Tons of restaurants everywhere and all kinds. There is a full kitchen which is a plus for my family. There’s a washer but no dryer, although our clothes only took overnight to dry out completely. Every detail was thought out with perfection. Thank you Praga host !!! I will consider this Beautiful Gem 1000% if I ever return to this Magical City… that looks like taken out of Magical Story Book♥️

The mansion is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is very old so don’t expect brand new everything. The room is small but the bathroom and shower was plenty big. The pool area was perfect to have a drink and relax. No daily maid service, but there is a washer and dryer outside that you can use for free.

If you gave me a stay for free, I wouldn't take it. Room 107 issues, toilet was rotted off its flange and sewer gas was noticed, carpets were loaded with debris, shower walls had hair from previous guests on the tiles (all 3 walls), trip hazards throughout the deck area. Overall POOR conditions exisit.. Already located another place for up coming visits.

The problem was there was nobody to control the guests that got out of hand and kept us up for three nights straight partying at the pool with screaming loud music and have no consideration for other guests made for a terrible stay, blame most of this on management would not recommend staying there unless they made some serious changes

This property was a disappointment. The property needed painting and there was no security at night. Door to our room was flimsy and we were worried someone could get in. With no security we were awakened every night at 3:00 AM by 20 year olds jumping and screaming at the pool until 5:00.The people in the room next to us tried to contact the property manager but no one would answer the phone. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location, location, location!!Great location!! Had no interactions with staff, self check-in, no daily service on room( which was fine for us). The room was spacious, bed comfy. Limited parking in the three lots, we arrived at the house at 5 pm on check-in day and nothing in the lot of the house we were in. Crossed the street and found one spot remaining. Parking is first come first serve. If no spots you have to find parking in a paid lot, or pay for street parking. We parked on day one and walked everywhere for the next 3 days. 10 min walk to Yankee Freedom if you are going to the Dry Tortugas. Good morning walk to 5 Brothers Grocery and sandwich shop, less than a mile away, great Cuban coffee, and Cuban sandwich. Small family business, not a chain, and they open at 6:30am. Food/ drink/ shopping just around the corner on Duval. Cleanliness: room looked clean, but I noticed after showering my feet were dirty when leaving the bathroom. The floors appeared clean to the eye but needed a good cleaning. The window sills needed a good cleaning also. It was. Great that they provided a box of Tida and washer and dryer outside. Got a load of laundry done before we checked out.

The pool was clean and warm, with plenty of chairs. Easy access to ice, water and linens. Great on parking. We heard others say they had issues with noise from people upstairs from their room; however, we found it nice and quiet. We loved the front porch to sit and drink coffee. I would recommend!
