The property had a great location with architecture and vibe reflecting Key West "Old Town" well. We very much liked the staff, especially Roman who was engaging and helpful. There were two negatives: a very small room given to us at a very high price and no parking is available to guests on the property. Expedia should be more clear about the lack of parking available for guests. We were lucky to have nearby street parking but we dared not move our car while staying in town!

Roman is a Gem, the other Man at the front desk is horrible. I think the property is falling apart and the owner is cheap and not investing money back into the property. It's a shame it's a great location.

For the price, there we a lot of things missing: no place to plug in phone by bed. No desk to use computer or enough outlets to plug in tech. Not any bathmat and only one hand towel. No conditioner. The pillows were old and lumpy - no choices for pillow firmness options. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with good protein choices. The location was convenient. Parking was iffy.

Ramon, who greeted us at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The room was nice but needs some maintenance work to get up to five stars. The facility is nicely located to the marina and the waterfront and only a short five blocks to Duvall Street. We would stay here again.
