All the window shades were covered in dust and dirt, the bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom had broken tiles and was not properly cleaned, and the hotel carpet had a terrible smell. There was even garbage left behind by previous guests in the room. The lights constantly flickered, which was extremely uncomfortable....
