「Easy entry and exit also clean」

「The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. The food is great. The staff were very friendly. With me being a travel agent I would have given this hotel 10 out of10 but the walls are very thin that you can hear the people talking in the other room. I didn’t get a good night sleep because I heard the traffic all night on the highway. The hotel is right off the highway. The traffic is very heavy and noisy in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. 」

「I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. 「This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room).
