they did not have rooms to honor the reservation; sent us to another hotel claiming they had set up a booking there; when we arrived and the 'replacement hotel' they knew nothing of a reservation and had to contact hotel for information. luckily they had a few rooms. the desk staff was rude and unhelpful and there was no manager on staff because if was a weekend

Such an awesome place to stay when out of town! Breakfast was nice and fresh…eggs, sausage links, hash brown potato’s, pancakes, grits, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, THE WORKS! Room was very spacious with a kitchenette. T.V. wasn’t working the 1st night, but they had resolved the problem. Very convenient location to where my conference was! Will definitely be staying here again and 100% recommend it!

As I checked out, I asked another guest how he felt about this place and he furiously replied terrible! The biggest issue we all had was how noisy it was from a big herd of unsupervised minors. Young boys were rowdy in the hallways and rooms. I didn't feel safe or sleep well here. Some of those boys even tried to barge into my room like it was theirs so I screamed this is my room yet they still kept trying to open my door. I didn't appreciate how the place lets adult supervision go unattended so minors overran this place treating it like a playground. They were even playing ball outside in the parking lot which is ok with me because that's not in my resting space. The shower wouldn't stay warm and got cold at times. Only good thing to say about this place is that it wasn't that dirty and had convenient places nearby.

​I was very disappointment with Sonesta at Lafayette with whom I had a reservation for March 13th. I had booked a room for four guests about a week in advance. To ensure a smooth check-in, I called the front desk four hours prior to my arrival to confirm we would be checking in late. I was explicitly told by your staff that this would not be an issue. ​Despite these precautions, we arrived just after midnight to find the hotel overbooked and no room available. While we were redirected to a nearby hotel, the inconvenience of being displaced after a long day—especially after calling to confirm—is unacceptable

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. My daughter adored the pancake machine. The rooms were spacious with a roomy fridge. The shower had great water pressure. The front desk staff were some of the nicest people I've ever met and super helpful.

Super clean, excellent staff, pet friendly. FABULOUS shampoo, conditioner and lotion!!! Even supplied makeup remover wipes that was worth using.only thong I would upgrade is the breakfast. It was good but could be slightly better. Offered scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, 4 types of cereal, muffins, bagels and something else. Milk and 3 juices. Had full size refrigerator in room with large microwave, 2 burner stove and dishwasher along with everything you need to cook and eat with. Definitely will stay again!!
