「Bambi is always very helpful and accommodating. The early morning breakfast is very fulfilling and the rooms are clean!!」

「Elevator was not working had to walk 3 flights of stairs with arthritis in knee . And my wife has a bulging disc in her back. Ask for a lower flood room..but said their were book. Was really a struggle. Fixed Elevator the night before checkout morning」

「Wifi never worked, tub was disgusting. Trash all over parking lot, had to call to front desk multiple times over wifi that absolutely did not work. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and elevator didnt work.」

「The staff was nice and made sure my room was clean. Parking was good. In order to get breakfast I’m guessing you have to be up at 6 when it’s served.」

「Everything it said they had wasn’t there it said there was a pool and it was closed for construction they said there was complaintary breakfast and there wasn’t the 2 nd floor had a bad odor and roaches」

「My husband and I stayed here and the staff was excellent and kind and Stacie made sure to check on us to make sure we were pleased with our check-in and stay. My husband, who struggles with hotel pillows brought one from home didn’t even need it because their pillows were perfect. The breakfast and coffee station was great and the air conditioning…I had to turn it down a bit, LOL! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.」

「Pictures of this place on the outside must be very old, not a place for a family to stay. Room smelled strong of mold and mildew, mold on the wall in the bathroom, construction going on around the building, the pool had algae covering the bottom. I could go on but I ultimately decided we could not stay there and the staff was helpful and got me a refund so we could go elsewhere.」
