「Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioner vents were dusty, the shower was dirty, and the ceiling fans had visible dust buildup. Overall, the hotel appears outdated and could really benefit from renovations and better maintenance. I expected a cleaner, more comfortable experience for my stay.」

「The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!」

「The property was in a great quiet area, however it is very ran down to be a Hampton property. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. It looked likes the original fridge in the room no longer worked so they did replay it but with a bigger version that no longer fit in the designated cabinet so they place it against the wall which was cool, but they didn’t bother to clean the cabinet were the old one was.. you could tell they didn’t even care to clean the elevators, walls, carpet...

And cleaning staff seemed put out that I left a day early (which I was still charged the full stay) because they had to really clean the room and not just change towels and trash.
