We had a wonderful time at this Bed and Breakfast. The cottage was nestled in a residential area and perfectly secluded. Beautiful house with a wonderful nature and bird theme to it. The rooms were perfect and very comfortable. Very easy to navigate throughout the house. The living and sitting areas were cozy and inviting. The back porch was so enjoyable to sit on and relax with a glass of wine and some dinner. The garden and backyard was so nice to stroll through and enjoy the freah air.

The location was perfect for our purposes. We could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the AT&T baseball stadium in just minutes. The staff was friendly and parking was easy. I want to single out one staff member who was particularly wonderful- Sebastian Delahoz. We had inquired about baseball tickets and he happened to have some that weren't being used and he offered them to us for free. When he found out we were celebrating our anniversary, we found a nice card slipped under our door...

The location of this hotle is awesome! Its close to everything! Awesome restaurants near-by within walking distance, beautiful city to explore, near to lookout mountain, ruby falls, etc...The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds, awesome shower, clean room, mini fridge, microwave, safe, small coffee bar area, hair blow dryer, iron, everything you really need. I like the modern decor in the lobby, beautiful pool although closed due to winter, but still seems to be well kept and nice. Ok, here is...

We were there for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Location was an easy walk to downtown Chattanooga. Restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Do not skip the full, free breakfast; very, very good. Simply a cozy and charming place to stay. Would definately stay here again.
