"Personally, I would not recommend it. The staff made billing errors—though these were eventually refunded—and I feel they do not provide much information regarding hotel rules during check-in. (They tried to charge us an extra $40 for a stain on a bedsheet—something I don't consider reasonable, as such accidents can happen in hotels, and items like towels and sheets can typically be replaced and laundered at no extra cost.) We actually had to complain to a supervisor to help resolve the situation. The rooms are smaller than they appear online, and the air conditioning does not work well (it feels hot a good portion of the time). They provide only one towel per person, and every time we tried to request an extra one, it became a hassle, and they were unable to provide it. I can honestly say that this has been one of the worst hotels I have visited during my travels; I did not enjoy the experience at all and, personally, I would not stay there again."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Medellín. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and they were happy to answer questions and give recommendations for things to do around the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was great, the shower had good water pressure, and everything in the room worked perfectly. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room fresh every day. One of the best parts of the stay was the location. It was close to restaurants, nightlife, and transportation, making it easy to explore Medellín and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Medellín is known for its vibrant culture and nightlife, especially in areas like El Poblado, which many travelers prefer for convenience and safety. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín who wants a comfortable, clean place with excellent service"
