"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I was charged in advance for 4 days of parking and paid $172 for parking, however only on the first day there was a parking spot available. On the other days, the parking was full because the hotel overbooked the parking spaces. In other words, they charged for a service they were not able to provide. When I went to the front desk to resolve the situation, the service was poor and not helpful. Nobody seemed interested in actually solving the problem or offering a fair solution. It was a very frustrating and disorganized experience. On top of that, they charged me a $100 deposit at check in and after check out they returned only $68 without any explanation. I left the room in perfect condition, I barely used the room, basically only to sleep at night, I didn’t use the minibar and there was no damage at all. Even so, they simply kept part of my money with no transparency. Overall, the hotel showed lack of organization, lack of transparency with charges, and very poor customer service. I do not recommend this hotel and I definitely would not stay here again."

"We stayed one night at Hyatt Place LAX / Century Blvd before our cruise, and it was perfect. Super convenient from the airport with a free shuttle, clean and comfortable rooms, and an easy, smooth stay. Exactly what we needed—would definitely stay again!"

"I arrived to the hotel and there was a very long line for check in, as there were only two to one person working. I waited an hour in line just to be told they ran out of rooms. They did no attempt to try to accommodate me I had to look for another hotel when this one was booked days in advanced."
