「Instalaciones de lujo y servicio de primera. La playa es de muy buen tamaño y esta impecable. Despues de quedarme ahi, no hay punto de comparacion con los otros hoteles de 5 estrellas de Punta Mita, este es el mejor. Es Spa es un poco chico, pero agradable y pondria mas equipo en el gimnasio (el Four Seasons si tiene mejor gimnasio). La suite que nos dieron de upgrade es de las mejores de un resort que he tenido la fortuna de alojarme, comparandole con hoteles en todo el mundo. El unico pero...

「We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.」

「First room was ok but the black out shade broke and we ran out of body wash. We let the front desk know and they didn’t do anything about it. We tried to upgrade to a “suite” and all they did was put us in the same room but with a terrace. And the “suite” was disgusting. There were boogers in multiple places, mold around the fridge, the shower was dirty, and the amount of times I heard the doors slam on this floor was insane. Never staying here ever again.」

「We had a great room in newer area on top floor looking over the ocean. Everything was clean. Pillows were excellent. lol. The restaurant / bar wasn’t very good. Too expensive compared to what u could get elsewhere. Service was not very good there & it was not even busy . (Restaurant only )The three pools were amazing !! We would go back! Short walk to town. 」
