La habitación estaba sucia. Había una telaraña enorme arriba del lugar del frigobar. Cuando abres la llave del agua del lavamanos, se cae toda el agua afuera del lavamanos. El personal de la recepción no son tan amables, pero el resto del personal, concierge, meseras, recamareras y animadores son muy amables.

Blamed Expedia when room we reserved wasn’t available. Positioned a downgrade like an upgrade. Finally got to change rooms half way through stay. Overall beach is excellent, food is good. Service was average / upkeep could be better

One of the very good resorts with excellent rooms, very nice staff, excellent facilities. Good drinks and food. They could add a bit more vegetarian meal options and some better evening entertainments. This will be my goto place.

The resort grounds are attractive and well laid out, with a nice blend of tropical and modern design. The lobby and patio overlooking the beach are standouts, and the pools are clean and well maintained, though fairly standard. The beach is decent with strong waves, and there are frequent vendors, which may be a drawback for some guests. Service was generally okay, though interactions often felt sales-oriented, particularly with concierge staff. Front desk service was fine, and housekeeping was consistent with daily cleaning, though attention to detail varied. Bar and restaurant service was adequate but not especially memorable, and dining reservations felt somewhat rigid. Food was the main area of disappointment. While there was a wide selection typical of an all-inclusive resort, overall quality and seasoning were inconsistent, and many items felt underwhelming. This limited our dining choices more than expected during the stay. Activities were available but limited. Daytime pool activities and a small rotation of games were offered, while evening entertainment was minimal and lightly attended. Overall, the resort offers pleasant surroundings and a standard all-inclusive experience, but food quality, activities, and service consistency may fall short of expectations depending on what you prioritize.

All the staff - entertainment and wait staff are wonderful. Call out to Marco Polo and angel. The grounds of the resort are pristine and well maintained and the pool is beautiful. The rooms, especially the bathroom need updating / refreshing. Tons of marks or mold on the bathroom walls, leaking faucet and broken hairdryer I dealt with. The zero water pressure shower was a pain. I expect more given the current resort rating. The standard of the rooms and amenities has definitely slipped since pre COVID but overall it’s a great property.

Kehli the front desk supervisor is super kind and helpful. The grounds are immaculate. The food options are endless, abundant and delicious. The decorations for Xmas and friendly super courteous was an added bonus. The beach is big enough for all guests with enough chairs and umbrellas. It has all the big resort amenities without feeling like you have to walk many kms a day to take advantage of them. Top tier place and would highly recommend!!

ANTES DE RESERVAR, LEE ESTA OPINIÓN COMPLETA. EN RESUMEN: NO TE RECOMIENDO BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA HOSPEDARTE EN ESTE HOTEL. Este lugar está muy lejos de ser un hotel de cinco estrellas y cuatro diamantes como presume Iberostar. Lo que vivimos aquí no fue una mala experiencia aislada, fue una cadena constante de fallas, engaños y cobros abusivos. Lo poco rescatable (porque también hay que ser justos) Empiezo por lo positivo, aunque es mínimo: • El servicio en los restaurantes sin reserva es realmente bueno. Viajar con una bebé menor de 2 años no es fácil y aquí, al menos en estos restaurantes, encontramos empatía y buen trato. • El equipo de entretenimiento cumple. No es sobresaliente, pero se esfuerzan por hacer sentir especiales a los niños. • Las albercas principales, la de actividades y las terrazas panorámicas son bonitas. La playa está limpia y es muy tranquila para niños pequeños. • Los concierge desde su escritorio son amables. Y hasta ahí. Ahora sí, por qué NO debes reservar en este hotel Puedes revisar mis otras opiniones y verás que no escribo desde el enojo, sino desde la experiencia. Dicho eso, lo que hace Iberostar aquí es tomarle el pelo a sus clientes. Check-in indignante El servicio de check-in es nefasto. El personal de recepción parece permanentemente molesto y te reciben peor que en un hostal, no como en un hotel de lujo. “Upgrades” que en realidad son downgrades Iberostar juega con las categorías de habitaciones para ofrecerte supuestos upgrades

La habitación estuvo genial, limpia y ordenada. En la aplicacion de hotel te avisan cuando ya esta limpia, que reservaciones tienes y para cuales restaurants, puedes pedir servicio a la habitación, relleno de mini bar, cambio de toallas, etc. La comida en general esta muy rica, hay mucha variedad y cada dia es una tematica en la cena, la comida del bar en la playa esta muy rica, son puros mariscos. El servicio medico es bueno solo que tienes un costo un poco elevado de las consultas. Todo lo demas ests muy bien Tiene muchas actividades para hacer en el dia a dia.

We did not have air conditioning for three days. They always kept saying it was going to be fixed that day. It never was. They should’ve told us the truth from the start. We never had the correct hand rowels. No waiters/waitresses at the pool until Friday. The food was good not great. Service in the restaurants were excellent. Estrella Cisneros from the lounge inside was excellent service!! And Lolita waitress in the buffet area excellent service!!

We have stayed here many times 7 or 8 times and the service is always outstanding. Mayra in the lobby bar is the most hard working waitress and always has a smile. Lolita and Isabela were wonderful servers at mealtime. Estephanie the chef created wonderful dishes that were yummy! Marco did an excellent job teaching dance classes and having fun interacting with guests. Pedro and Hector are our favorite bar tenders in the lobby bar, best drinks ever. The entertainers in the lobby bar were very good. Now for the improvement needs, the hotel is ready for a refresh, the pool is in desperate need, missing tiles, mold, light fixtures loose. Rooms are getting a little dated but the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was out for three days which was tough. Minor fixes like replace torn curtains and lamp shades will help make a better impression.

I love this resort! This was my second time. The food is amazing, the resort is SPOTLESS. You always see staff constantly cleaning. Everyone is very friendly, professional. My kids love the kids club too. 10 stars for me.

Desde el check in la atención fue mala, nos dejaron 3 días completos sin AAC,el personal de intendencia hacía mucho ruido desde antes de las 8 am afuera de la habitación, el hotel está descuidado en sus instalaciones, tenían obras en proceso sin cuidar aspectos fundamentales de seguridad para los huéspedes, el elevador principal para bajar a playa no funcionaba, el agua de la alberca estaba fría, la limpieza del cuarto regular, y el mismo olía a humedad. La cancha de tenis en malas condiciones.

The views around the resort are absolutely beautiful, and many of the staff are quite lovely. Sadly I did get food poisoning one night at the buffet early in our trip, but it was great afterwards! Do note that if you’re a big steak lover, you’ll only enjoy the steaks here if you like very well-done. My husband however had a less pleasant experience on our last day as we were enjoying the cabanas around the pool (are lovely and have privacy curtains). While swimming in the smaller, lower level pool, he sliced the bottom of his foot on the broken and jagged tiles on the bottom of the pool. While the staff were quick to help us and provide him with basic first aid, this did end up resulting in some nerve damage on the pad of his foot. It also really highlighted for us just how bad the tiles in the pools are, which resulted in us taking a harder look at everything. There was a tiny bit of mold in the room bathroom near the shower, which honestly is expected travelling to an incredibly humid country during summer; much of the support walls around the resort are starting to crack and erode, as well as we found a big cockroach on one of the main interior paths (only one was seen which I count as a win). Did we enjoy our stay? Of course! What’s not to love about hot weather, few tourists (we went in August), and beautiful views. Would we stay at this resort again? No we would not. For a few extra bucks we would’ve been happier staying elsewhere, but that’s also just our opinions!

Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay: food, amenities, but what really stood out was the staff! Everyone (almost) was super friendly and helpful. Especially we want to say huge THANK YOU to: Vero, Angel, and Mario. We wish we get more personal touch and willing to help from Eduardo while we were going through the room upgrade process. Unfortunately, we had to contact our tour agent to help us to make it happen. Other than that, our stay was just perfect! We will be back for sure!
