The WhatsApp communication established at the beginning of our visit was an especially thoughtful touch. It made navigating the resort, coordinating services, and communicating with staff effortless and added a very personalized level of convenience to our stay.
The Estate Spa was truly remarkable and one of the highlights of our visit. The setting itself was beautiful, and the massage service was outstanding. The therapist was exceptionally skilled, and the attention to detail throughout the treatment elevated the entire experience.
The Cirque du Soleil show was, without a doubt, memorable. The dining experience included with the show was superb and beautifully complemented the evening. One consideration, however, is the amount of walking required throughout the experience. It was considerably more than we anticipated, particularly when attending an evening dinner and show dressed in evening attire. Providing guests with clearer expectations regarding the amount of walking involved would be helpful when planning what to wear.
