「Room service is pay per item...staff avoids you.....room service and balcony view was supposed to be included. They charged me 750$CDN to have food delivered to me for the 12 nights I stayed there (ontop of the all inclusive fee). Oceanview was barely a view as there were two buildings outside my small window that had ongoing construction. All I heard was drilling and hammering all day!!!! I have so many pictures from outside my window, and couches in lobby that had no cushions to still outside....
