「Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the pool area was nice. I was on the main floor next to check in and I still had a private little balcony. Very quaint 」

「No terrace/balcony as the online room description implied for all rooms, but otherwise excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were outstanding even during a lock down! Plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel to visit with other guests or to spend time alone. Pool area was relaxing and friendly.」
