Great place! The staff was very responsive and for a noisy part of town, the room was well insulated, clean and had fan + AC to keep it cool.
Everything seems to be quite new and very clean! It is very close to everything and very quiet. My lasy day I had no power or water, but I learned that many parts of Sayulita experienced the same problem that day. It is a great little place for a great price!

I Had issues with the code to access the room and we had to call the person because they don’t have from this or person. They can’t help you Right Away. They don’t tell that they don’t have parking You Have To Look For It Around, The Town, I Left To Pillows in The Room, and I told him that I’m going to come back for them and they never call me back for sure. I’m not going to use this place Again, I’m not Happy With my Stay.

Where to start. Arrived from airport in the dark on a lonely back street and had to call Luce, the best part of the stay, to come and get me into my room. She gave me the code to get in and got there about 10 minutes or so later. I requested a lower level room, but got the upper floor, up 20 stairs! She was a lovely lady and very nice. The room was sparse, but had a mini fridge with separate freezer, a coffee maker, and a 32" TV. The bathroom was the best part with a nice sink, toilet, and a wonderful shower stall.
The convertible couch was old and saggy, and the bed was hard as a rock. It was like sleeping on a box covered with a sheet.
The sheets had minor tears in them, only 1 sheet for covering, and 2 pillows that were sooo flat.
There was a pool with 2 lounge chairs that hot sun for maybe 90 minutes/day. It was also only about 8' x 12'. Personally, it would have been a better hot tub size!
No desk, no chair, no luggage rack, no closet, no real place to put anything, and the safe didn't work.
I guess, for the price, it was ok, but it advertised breakfast included, but I never saw food of any type.
Would I stay here again? Probably not. As a person with mobility issues, it was hard coming and going 20 stairs multiple times/day. I would rate it as a hostel , as it is very sparse, but you got your own space.
Recommended for a short stay for travellers who want to enjoy Sayulita, but don't want to spend a fortune.
The whole property was spotless and well kept. Having the pool to cool off was a great bonus. Not far from the beach but in a quiet area. The room was spacious and the air Conditioner was very efficient and quiet. Lots of good eats and shopping near by.
