Rooms were very clean with the tightest tucked in bed sheets ever. Fridge stocked with lots of water and other drinks frequently. Beach was great as were the pickleball courts . The food was good. Booking of restaurants was challenging but it worked out. Overall we had a wonderful time.

The room was clean, spacious and decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. Absolutely loved the pool and beach area near our room! The bartenders at the pool were spectacular!!! The food at all the restaurants was good, but we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant. The staff everywhere at the resort were just wonderful!!! The whole resort property was really great!

The hotel may need some updates, but the location and the staff make it worth your stay! The food was better than some of the more expensive resorts that I have stayed at. Seeing whales from the infinity pool was more than I had hoped for. The beach is a little rough for swimming, but if you're brave, you can make it work. I recommend this resort if you're looking to get away from the concrete, it's lush and green and the sunsets can't be beat.

Everything was excellent! An absolutely stunning beach, very clean and spacious resort with excellent staff. The food and drinks were AMAZING! I read some reviews that said the food wasn’t good and I was nervous, but I was more than happy every single day. I feel anyone complaining is either in the 1% of incomes and frequents high end bougie places or they are people who are just never happy lol. 10/10 would recommend this for down to earth middle class people looking for an all around great resort experience.

I absolutely love this property. Beautiful, great food and friendly people! Expedia lost my booking and I was on hold for two hours Grand Palladium staff were very helpful and Expedia rep the next day

The floor in our room was dirty. The rest of the resort was clean. We were thankful slippers were provided. The staff was great! Very friendly and professional. There was no elevator so there were many flights of stairs to climb.

I had an excellent travel experience booking through Expedia. Everything was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. As a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The kids’ equipment provided was also a huge plus and made traveling with children so much easier and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience — I’ll definitely continue booking with Expedia and highly recommend it to others!

Overall very great resort. Great for families with lots of kids programming and pools for the littles. Lots of restaurant and food options. Quality was much better in comparison to other resorts we have stayed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Elliutt who was most attentive to ensure we had the best stay possible!

Beach was beautiful. Pools were ok. Some staff were lovely and some were less friendly. Rooms were always clean. Food was decently good

Overall a good stay. It was great to be able to rent kayaks, paddle boards etc all for free, and to surf right there on the property. The ala carte restaurants were very nice, especially La Adelita (the tableside guacamole was amazing). Walkways were also lovely. If I could change anything, it would be the lunchtime options which are limited, and making the rooms a bit cozier.

The room was okay but was dirty/dusty. Some staff was nice some were not nice specially Ramona I think her name is at the buffet, all we did was ask for one little thing and she start saying no no no we don’t have it although they do and another team member went to go get it for us. The pool and beach are nice.

Th staff seemed to be having an off week or something. We showed up and no one greeted us. House keeping forgot to leave towels when they took the old ones. They left 2 beers a day in the room ( no other booze) and didn't leave any a couple days. Restaurant's were hit and miss with service and quality. The sports bar was not open until 4. The service was extremely slow. We left after 30 minutes one day. The food you ordered in the sports bar was good. They were re-doing a lot of the place - the beach bar was closed- painting the outside so we couldn't use our deck. The hills were a lot. No elevators- be ready to walk a lot
