The Villa San Juan was a vey quaint and quiet B&B. The room was clean and comfortable and the king size bed was “dreamy”. The two women who hosted us were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very ample and prepared us well for our day’s journey.

This was a hidden gem. Only a short walk or even shorter Uber to Paradise Mall or the public beach this hotal was clean, comfortable and felt very safe. The staff were friendly and breakfast each morning was yummy! We would stay again and recommend to friends.

We stayed for only 2 nights just after Christmas. The staff was friendly. The room was basic. The breakfast was basic but still good. Toast, fruit, coffee, yogurt, juice, cereal, and the highlight - waffles cooked to order. The property was quiet. The pool is fairly small but seemed clean. Easy walk to several goid restaurants. Bit of a long walk to the public beach so we drove. Im sure some others might be fine with the walk but we preferred the ease of the drive. We would stay here again.

The two ladies that run Villa San Juan are very kind, the villa itself is beautiful, the rooms seem to have recently been upgraded and are designed with great taste. The pool seems bigger in the pictures than it actually was, but still a perfect size to cool off in. Immediately when you walk inside the property the aroma of floral scents welcomes you. A previous guest opened the door for a very sweet and well behaved stray cat and fed it a few times. We took over and bought 3 bags of cat food, which the owners promised to keep giving it to the cat after we left. They could have easily not tolerated the cat at the property, but they did, which means a lot to us. The breakfast has enough options to make it a great breakfast. The only negative I’d say is that the road next to the villa gets a little busy with traffic, but only in the morning for a few hours. We had the villa closest to the road, so maybe the other rooms don’t experience it as much. Other than that, it’s in a great location, close to some wonderful restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Nice room and bathroom. The palm roof looks great but doesn't filter any noise from the busy road, and provides ways for mosquitoes to get in. The pool water was not very clear, Breakfast was very basic. Still good value for the price.
