「The hotel was wonderful. Really close to the airport. Staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Our only feedback was that the internet kept cutting out.」

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. 「Mi experiencia fue muy buena, Coraima en el Front Desk, Muy respetuosa, amable, educada, me explico todo lo relacionado al hospedaje y aclaro algunas preguntas que tenia. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, y cerca de la Plaza del Reloj (punto de encuentro para la mayoria de los tours)cuenta con un Roof top que ofrece: muy buena comida y tragos a buen precio.
